Accessing the Knowledge Base

Objective: Gain an understanding of how to access the Brightly Assetic Knowledge Base.

 

Prerequisites: Access to the Knowledge Base requires that the user account's email is confirmed.

 

The Brightly Assetic Knowledge Base, often referred to as simply the KB, is a resource containing over 700 articles and demonstrations.

 

Select the Help Menu from the bottom left corner of the screen.

 

Select 'Knowledge Base' and a new browser tab will open on the main landing page of the Assetic KB.
